Rebwar completed his BA in Global Politics and International Relations from Birkbeck College, University of London in 2015 before completing his Master's degree in Government, Policy and Politics, also from Birkbeck College, University of London in 2016. He has worked for the London based Centre for Kurdish Progress and Centre for Turkey Studies and follows the changes and politics of Kurdistan Regional of Iraq KRI and its government Kurdistan Regional Government KRG.
