Sociology Research

Interested in the application of innovative methods of social change for a more equal and free society. I've spent 5 years in the third sector, working across international development, forced migration and mental health. My current research looks to use Kropotkinian mutual aid theory to create a vehicle for resistance for people claiming asylum who are affected by the UK government's effective ban on employment.
