Dee is a museum administrator and educator. She recently completed her PhD focusing on Positioning Theory and the impact of artistic interventions on enabling an inclusive society. Her research was funded by the Singapore National Arts Council and the Singapore Art Museum. Her PhD supervisor was Professor Patrick Baert.
Dee graduated with an MPhil in Education from the University of Cambridge in 2009. Her MPhil dissertation focused on the impact of technology on creating inclusive educational settings in Singapore.
